Mr. Mahendra Bhai Shah, the esteemed Patron of the Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT), is a distinguished leader and visionary in the business and social sectors. Serving as the National Chairman of CAIT, he has been a tireless advocate for the rights and growth of Indian traders. His illustrious career includes pivotal roles such as the Ex-President of the Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Ex-Governor of Lions International 323B. Mr. Shah has made significant contributions to education as Chairman of the Naroda School Charitable Trust and Navsarjan Academy. His dedication extends to community development through his leadership roles in organizations like JITO Ahmedabad for Mahavir Janma Kalyanak and his past chairmanship of Ahmedabad Peoples Bank and Bharat Jain Mahamandal. An active promoter of sports, healthcare, and welfare initiatives, he serves as a director and trustee for numerous institutions, including Kalawati Sports Club, Assapur Hospital, and Vatva Eye Hospital. Additionally, his advisory roles with AIMSH Hospital, Narayani Heights, and Youth Front reflect his commitment to fostering progress across diverse domains.

Shri Brij Mohan Agarwal

Shri Brij Mohan Agarwal, the National Chairman of the Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT), is a renowned businessman and a prominent social and trade leader. With deep involvement in various social organizations, he has dedicated his efforts to serving the needy and advocating for the business community. As a national trade leader, he has represented the interests of traders and the common man on both state and national platforms. Besides leading CAIT, he serves as the President of the Federation of All India Aluminium Utensils Manufacturers and the Chairman of OJC Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He is also the Working President of Odisha Byabasayee Mahasangha, Vice President of Youth Hostels Association of India (YHAI) Rourkela, and Managing Trustee of Shree Shree Jagannath Sewa Trust.
In the past, Shri Agarwal has held esteemed roles such as District Governor of Lions Clubs International and President of the Rourkela Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He has also contributed to education and social welfare as Chairman of institutions like Saraswati Vidya Mandir and Maharaja Agrasen Sewa Sangh. A successful entrepreneur, he has business interests in manufacturing aluminium circles and utensils, bakery products, and electronic weighing instruments. Shri Agarwal, along with his wife, Smt. Sumitra Devi, and their family, actively participates in social service, reflecting their commitment to societal well-being.

Subhas Chandra Agarwalla
Executive Chairman
Shri Subhas Chandra Agarwalla, National Executive Chairman, CAIT and Chairman Fosbecci, is a philanthropist and a leading Industrialist from West Bengal. Under his chairmanship, Maithan Alloys Ltd., a listed Company, has grown exponentially and has received many accolades and awards. He serves as representative and spokesperson of Industry in various Industry meetings of State Governments. He has also served as Chairman, Environment & Sustainability Sub-committee of CII Eastern Region & is an Executive Committee Member of the prestigious Bengal Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
His passion, commitment and leadership skills, has given a voice to the Traders of the country.
He continues to pursue his philanthropic and welfare activities by educating of 500 mentally & physically differently abled children. His remarkable dedication to societal welfare is evident in his contribution for providing free education to over 5,000 needy children through the noble initiative, Hamara Sankalp. He is also contributing to education and healthcare by supporting in construction of a government school in Kanchipuram, Chennai, donating state of the art body scan machine to Child Trust Hospital, Chennai, just to name a few. Additionally, his substantial contributions to Sri Sri Academy in Asansol highlights his commitment to providing quality education for children. He has embarked on a project to empower 10,000 women & make them self-sufficient.
His passion for supporting athletes, encompassing budding boxers, powerlifters, environmental initiatives, and animal welfare, further amplifies the profound impact of his philanthropic endeavours.

Mr. B. C. Bhartia
National President, Nagpur
Balkrishna Bhartia, a distinguished senior Chartered Accountant from Nagpur, was born on April 18 and hails from a prominent business family engaged in diverse industries, including iron and steel, cement, mining, packaged water, and medical gases. After completing his training under the renowned Chartered Accountant and tax expert Shri N.K.P. Salve, he began his professional practice in 1983 under the name B.C. Bhartia. Known for his expertise in audit, taxation, MIS, risk management, and internal control systems, he has earned a stellar reputation in his field.
In addition to his professional achievements, Bhartia has contributed significantly to various committees and organizations. He has held key positions, such as National Executive President of the Confederation of All India Traders, President of the Vidarbha Hockey Association, and Past President of both the Nag Vidarbha Chamber of Commerce and Shri Agrasen Mandal, Nagpur. His involvement extends to state and national advisory roles, including service tax, VAT, and youth policy committees. A philanthropist at heart, he has also served as Treasurer for renowned charitable institutions like Shree Shraddhanand Anathalay and Shri Ganpati Utsav Charitable Trust.
Bharti’s contributions to trade and society have been widely recognized, earning him honors like the “Vyapari Bhushan” award. An advocate for innovation, he currently serves as Patron of Venture Catalysts Nagpur, supporting startups and entrepreneurial growth. A prolific writer and active voice in the media, Bhartia continues to leave a lasting impact on both professional and social spheres.

Mr. Praveen Khandelwal
National Secretary General, New Delhi
Mr. Praveen Khandelwal serves as the National Secretary General of the Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) and hails from a distinguished business family in Delhi, actively participating in the city's political, social, educational, and religious activities. His uncle, Mr. Satish Chandra Khandelwal, held the position of Deputy Mayor of Delhi and was a member of the Delhi Legislative Assembly, while his father, Mr. Vijay Khandelwal, served as the BJP district president in Chandni Chowk. The family faced numerous challenges during the emergency, with both Mr. Satish and Mr. Vijay being incarcerated in Delhi's Tihar Jail. During Mr. Om Prakash Kohli's tenure as the State President, Mr. Praveen Khandelwal served as the Treasurer of BJP Delhi Pradesh. Shri Praveen Khandelwal was also the covering candidate of BJP candidate Smt. Smriti Irani in the year 2004. Shri Praveen Khandelwal is a graduate from Delhi University and has obtained a law degree by studying law from Delhi University itself. Mr. Praveen Khandelwal lives in a joint family of three brothers and has builder hardware and many other types of business with his brothers in Karol Bagh area of Delhi and is recognized as a successful businessman. Inspired by Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Mr. Praveen co-founded CAIT in 1990, transforming it into the largest and most influential traders' organization in the country over 35 years, with the support of prominent business leaders from various states.
He is an ardent Hindi enthusiast and actively contributes to Hindi promotion under the guidance of eminent poet Mr. Govind Vyas. Additionally, he has been actively involved in the Delhi Hindi Sahitya Sammelan. Over the past decade, CAIT has diligently ensured effective communication of the government's policies, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, to traders across the country, establishing a robust alliance between the government and the business community. Mr. Praveen Khandelwal has dedicated his efforts to the upliftment, development, and modernization of traders nationwide, consistently aligning with the BJP. Recently, Shri Praveen Khandelwal has been elected as a Member of Parliament representing the Chandni Chowk Lok Sabha constituency in Delhi.
